Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments & Booking Confirmation
· All appointments are secured only once a deposit is paid.
· Bookings are taken on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
· Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Deposits
· A non‑refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your appointment.
· Deposits are deducted from your final balance.
· If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, your slot may be released and offered to another client.
3. Final Payment
· The remaining balance must be paid on the Day of the appointment by Cash or Bank Transfer.
· Wedding bookings: Full balance is due 14 days before the event.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
· Client cancellations within:
· More than 48 hours’ notice: No further fee, but the deposit is non‑refundable.
· Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the remaining balance is payable.
· Same‑day cancellation or no‑show: 100% of the remaining balance is payable.
· Artist cancellations (rare and only due to illness/emergency):
· All monies paid (including deposits) will be fully refunded OR transferred to a new agreed date.
5. Rescheduling
· Clients may request one reschedule free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
· Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit.
6. Travel & Call‑Out Fees
· A travel fee applies for mobile or on‑location bookings.
· Mileage charged at 50p per mile outside a 5 mile radius.
· Parking, tolls, or additional travel costs must be covered by the client.
7. Early Morning / Out‑of‑Hours Fees.
· Appointments starting before 7:00am may incur an early‑morning surcharge of £40.
8. Bridal Party Requirements
· A minimum booking of 3 services(including Bride) may apply for wedding parties, although if Bride only is required I can accommodate but would need to charge a fee of £200- this doesn’t include the trial cost.
· A trial is recommended and should be booked separately.
· Final numbers for the bridal party must be confirmed 6 weeks before the wedding date.
- Last minute bookings might be possible.
9. Health, Allergies & Safety
· Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, infections or medical conditions that may impact treatment.
· The artist cannot be held responsible for reactions if this information has not been disclosed.
· The artist reserves the right to refuse service where there is a risk of infection (e.g., conjunctivitis, cold sores, contagious skin conditions).
10. Hygiene & Professional Conduct · The artist is fully insured and DBS update service registered
· The artist maintains strict hygiene standards and expects clients to arrive with:
· Clean skin
· No active cold sores unless pre‑discussed
· Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
11. Photos & Social Media
· With client consent, photographs may be taken for portfolio or promotional use.
· Clients can request no social media use before an event (e.g., before a wedding).
12. Timeliness
· Late arrivals reduce the time available for the appointment.
· If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no‑show.
13. Force Majeure
· The artist is not liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (extreme weather, accidents, illness, emergencies).
· In such cases, payments will be refunded or transferred to a new date.
14. Acceptance of Terms
· By booking an appointment, clients automatically agree to all booking conditions outlined here.
